What is The Worthy Stepmom Listening Service? 

The Worthy Stepmom listening service is a 30-minute Zoom Call that offers a safe and confidential place for stepmoms to talk openly and honestly and to express themselves freely, without judgement.

 

Whether you are sharing dreams, disappointments, worries, happy things or challenges, our only agenda is to listen.

The Worthy Stepmom Listening Service allows you to talk without interruptions, judgment, opinions, or advice. You have undivided attention for 30 minutes. 

 

Having someone listen to you has many benefits: 

  • It helps you to feel seen and heard by someone that understands the stepmom role, 

  • It helps you to unpack and make sense of  and bring clarity to your thoughts, 

  • It helps you to feel less lonely in your stepmom role, 

  • It helps you to process and make sense of your feelings, 

  • Talking things through is great for your mental health and it is often a relief,

  • It helps to release pent up feelings, 

  • Talking to someone outside of your situation may aid your decision making.

How it works: 

  • Email me for availability and to book your 30-minute Listening Session,

  • You will receive an email with a Zoom link for the date and time of your booking, 

  • All calls are done via Zoom (with camera on or off, it's your choice), 

  • Book as often or as little as you like.
